QA/QC Introduction

Our Shanghai factory was established and started running in 2001 guided by Taiwan head office. With quality policy of "Good quality is manufactured, not through testing", our QC personnel inspect carefully in every stage to prevent defectives flowing to the next operating stop.

Our major testing equipment include metal hardness tester, micro-computer projector, carton bursting strength tester and tensile and strength tester. Furthermore, we have modern classroom for weekly personnel training of familiarization in materials, processing and QC standards.
